What is this?
DopeKarts is a fake-commerce dopamine platform. Users shop a realistic ecommerce store — browse real-looking products, add to cart, checkout, track delivery, build an inventory of things they "own" — except no real money or real products are ever involved.
Purchases are made with Karts, an in-app earned currency. You get 25,000 on signup. You earn more by completing quests, claiming daily rewards, and maintaining streaks. The economy is closed-loop: Karts can't be purchased with real money, and they can't leave the platform.
The thesis is simple: the joy of shopping is largely the browsing, the choosing, the owning. The payment is just friction. We removed the friction.
What comes next?
The store vertical (fake ecommerce) is live. Cars and Property verticals are in development — same economy, different product types. A car is a product with a different frontend skin.
The longer-term play is demand analytics. Every fake purchase is high-intent signal. We're building seller tools that surface what shoppers actually want — before a brand commits to production runs.
This is v1. It's small. It works end-to-end.
